My description writing

Hello In week 8 term 2 we learned how to write good descriptions. We had to choose an animal and use our senses to help describe it. We needed nouns, verbs and adjectives and we could use a simile if we wanted to. Here is my published description. We had partners and we had to help each other.

What am I ?

I am an animal. I am a herbivore and I am a mammal.I live in Africa.

I have a body shaped like a horse with black and white stripes. I have short, pointy ears, and a tail like a dust brush.

I can walk, trot and run like a horse on my four legs. Sometimes I can run as fast as a car.

My baby is so cute and so soft. I feed it milk and take care of it.
